This 10,000 ton Schloemann Hydraulic Closed Die Forging Press provides the power necessary to achieve dramatic reduction ratios and material flow which are essential in high quality forgings. The Closed-Die design provides excellent strength-to-weight ratios necessary for the most critical forging requirements. The Line has been engaged in the production of the following products:

Crane Wheels up to 42" diameter in hardness ranges up to 62m Rc (700 BHN)

Industrial Wheels up to 42" diameter

Sheave Wheels up to 52" diameter

Gear Blanks & Rollers up to 48" diameter

The Line is also equipped with the following which allows production of the above items:

1.) A 3,000 ton Hydraulic Piercing and Blanking Press

2.) A Wheel Rolling Mill with 400hp drive
