We purchased this Upsetter from overseas as a complete machine but when it arrived at our Cleveland, Ohio facility, we learned that many parts were missing. We are looking to find a machine that is no longer useful due to a damaged frame and to purchase it for the missing parts we need. If you have such a machine, then we would like to purchase it so we can make our machine complete.
